What does limited beta mean?
Moonlinq is still growing. We onboard one operator at a time.
Who is Moonlinq for?
Owners and managers of licensed residential care homes: group homes, assisted living, adult foster care, IDD services, behavioral health and supported living, from one home to many.
Does Moonlinq make care decisions?
No. Moonlinq checks documentation and medication entries and tracks open work. A manager reviews and approves drafted changes before they enter a record.
How is resident information protected?
Records are encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to resident records is logged in an audit log the app cannot edit. Each operator’s records are isolated by the database. Please keep resident information out of the request form.
Can we see the product first?
Yes. A live walkthrough shows documentation checks, care plan proposals, shift briefings, medication checks and the manager view.
