This page explains what the Moonlinq website collects and how resident records in the Moonlinq app are protected. Moonlinq is in limited beta.
What this website collects
If you request access, we collect what you enter in the form: your organization’s name, your name, your email address and phone number, how many homes you run, the name of a home, and any notes you add. We use it to reply to you and to arrange a walkthrough. Please keep resident information out of the form.
Cookies
The website and the app use only necessary cookies, the ones that keep you signed in. There are no analytics or advertising cookies. The cookie policy lists each one.
Resident records in Moonlinq
Operators use Moonlinq to keep the records of the people they support. Those records are encrypted in transit and at rest. Every access to a resident record is written to an audit log the app cannot edit. Each operator’s records are isolated by the database.
